There is a base fee, but most of my compensation is tied to achieving agreed-upon KPIs and targets. If I don't deliver at least 90% of our targets, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the base fee. Additionally, if targets are met or exceeded, a performance bonus ranging from 25% to 50% of the base fee is awarded. This commitment ensures that I am fully accountable and focused on maximizing the value of our partnership.

  • Effective communication is critical to success. All engagements include unlimited Email and Slack/MS Teams communication. Having built and managed teams across 20 countries and 10 time zones, I understand the importance of staying connected and ensuring clarity in all interactions.

  • To set the foundation for success, I provide a detailed 30/60/90 project plan as a first deliverable. This plan outlines our objectives, strategies, and key deliverables for the first three months. True growth takes time and commitment, so I require a minimum engagement period of three to six months to ensure we achieve meaningful results.

  • I seamlessly integrate with your existing team members, fractional talent, and outsourced services. My approach is flexible and adapts to your current practices and processes. By collaborating closely with your team, I ensure we leverage existing strengths while introducing new strategies for growth.

  • The best way to kick off our partnership is by diving in and doing real work. My focus is on learning quickly, eliminating risks and uncertainties, and driving your business forward. Let’s start with a clear plan, open communication, and a commitment to achieving outstanding results together.
